Our client, global marketing firm, is looking for a Manager of TA Operations for a four month contract. The key responsibilities will be managing data and reporting and utilizing Excel on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will love to work in spreadsheets and be able to collaborate and communicate across teams.
Responsibilities:

• Manage deliverables, project management, and collaborate with team leads to prepare for meetings
• Perform analysis to identify and resolve integrity issues
• Monitor key performance indicators related to Talent Acquisition, with a particular focus on new business staffing

Qualifications:

• Degree Preferred but not required
• 3 years of experience within a data driven role
• Strong knowledge of Excel, working in VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Ideally looking for someone with an understanding of recruitment and staffing
