Beacon Hill Staffing Group is Hiring a Call center representative Near Baltimore, MD
Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Call Center Representative to join their team!
Responsibilities :
- Respond to information requests via phone, email, and website.
- Maintain professionalism and demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company and policies.
- Navigate customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document issues and escalate or transfer unresolved issues to appropriate colleagues.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of call center experience or a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to type 40 WPM and proficiency in MS Suite is required.
- Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Position Information :
- Pays $19 / hr
- Temporary for 10 months
- Potential for the assignment to extend.
