Responsibilities

Experience Requirements • Minimum 10 years finance experience working in a large-scale, complex, multi-location, multi-product international business environment • Minimum of 5 years in a financial planning and analysis role at a manager level • Strong knowledge of finance • Skilled with retrieving and manipulating large amounts of data for analysis and reporting • Ability to analyze and summarize information to drive decision-making • Demonstrated success in planning and executing an annual budgeting process • Led a team with excellent financial modeling skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Team member coaching and mentoring experience • Financial/business process improvement • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics • MBA Preferred

Duties & Responsibilities• Consolidate business unit financial results • Analyze operational and financial performance • Sales performance reporting/analysis • Short-range financial performance forecasting • Manage annual business planning process • New Business Development analysis, support and success measurement • Capital investment forecast and analysis • Balance sheet and Cash Flow forecast and analysis • Develop and analyze key operational and financial performance metrics • Special projects (financial/business process improvement, cost reduction, acquisitions/divestitures, etc.)• Prepare and deliver senior management presentations• Analyzing overall performance in the marketplace versus our competitors• Other job duties and projects as assigned
