Position Title: Program Manager II

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 07/1/2024.

Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract.

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range:$40/hr- $45/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Summary

Client is seeking an experienced operations and project management professional to support our external researcher regulatory and onboarding work. This individual will work with Global Government and Social Impact Programs, Legal, and Engineering to help implement scalable and automated processes for global researcher onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, execution-minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust within all levels of the organization. They will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with cross-functional leads on critical issues spanning audit completion, compliance monitoring and reporting, partnerships, partner onboarding, and other interdependent teams. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the response and evidence gathering for internal and external audits

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to pull reports on specific technical and non-technical phases of onboarding to provide evidence supporting audit requests

Routinely update compliance documentation

Routinely monitor and gather compliance reports

Monitor and manage processes to remove blockers and ensure smooth operational flows

Manage contract execution and completion from researchers, their institutions, and internal Clients counter signatories

Work with external partners to answer questions, triage problems, and troubleshoot

Communicate proactively and work with cross-functional teams to document processes, identify bottlenecks, flag potential risks, and resolve issues

Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles, and improve operational metrics
