We are seeking a seasoned Business Support and Administrative Assistant who will collaborate closely with our dynamic engineering team, contributing to the seamless execution of projects within our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for team members, ensuring efficient use of time.
• Procurement Management: Facilitate the procurement process, including purchase orders and vendor management.
• Headcount and Travel Management: Assist in managing headcount and travel arrangements for team members.
• Project Management : Support project coordination and tracking, ensuring milestones are met on time.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook and calendaring, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Experience in group collaboration and travel management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
