Job Type : HYBRID / ON-SITE

Pay Range : 42.00 - 43.45

Job Description :

The Managed Platform Services Associate within the MPS Team will support the cross line of business eco-system for Managed Accounts.

This is a highly visible role that requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and thoughtful risk mitigation at all times.

This is a fast paced environment. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a continuous improvement mindset by participating in the manual process inventory reduction goals of the team.

Key activities will include :

• Support the user community in all aspects of the platform ranging from trading to day-to-day issues / support
• Managing data such as : reconciliation, data quality issues, golden source data
• Support daily inquiries, integrate content to assist management maintain KPI's.
• Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Assist management to identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
• Ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes to the flow

Experience and knowledge :

• At least 2-4 years of experience in the wealth management / asset management industry or in a supporting role
• Investment management expertise

Skills :

• Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines / deliverables
• BA or BS degree is required; Accounting or Finance a plus 2-3 years
• of experience in IB Operations including 1 year of Derivatives knowledge is required Prior experience or
• knowledge of the following products a plus; credit default swaps, credit spread o
