Analyst II, Information Security (Remote)

You will report to Brian Moore

The Identity Management Analyst will be responsible for providing technical expertise needed to lead in design, development, test, implement, and maintenance of our Identity & Access Governance and Privileged Access Management solutions. Travel expectations are 5-10% (3-5 nights per quarter).This is an opportunity to design around multiple compliance components for a global company while growing the identity practice. Additional responsibilities could be created based on the right candidate's skill set.

As an Analyst II, Information Security, you will

• Support in the configuration of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution and support regular attestation campaigns, taking corrective actions where necessary to ensure successful management of identities.
• Support and configuration of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. Ensuring communication is available from the solution to remote assets, and that access to those assets is properly configured for IT and Business users.
• Assist with scaling up the current PAM solution to provide access to various types of assets.
• Provide high quality customer service by listening and understanding the needs of the stake holders.
• Participate in efforts to develop and improve processes/procedures with ability to documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relating to Identity/Access Governance, Identity Management & Privileged Access Management
• Work with application owners to evaluate data and ensure consumption readiness.
• Document bugs and work with the vendors to ensure fixes are implemented in a timely manner.
• Work directly with customers to assist with access review completion.
• Map application users to system of record for efficient and effective access review campaigns
• Document application consumption mapping and processes.

About you

• 3 years of working experience in managing an Identity & Access Governance System
• 3 years of working experience in setting up and maintaining enterprise applications.
• 2 years of experience writing SQL queries (T-SQL a plus)
• Strong understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC) and role mining methods
• 2 years scripting experience (Powershell and/or Python a plus)
• 2 years of experience working with APIs and integrating systems.
• Proficient with the following: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365

Preferred:

• 1 year of working experience in privilege access management
• 1 year of working experience working with solutions that fall under PCI & Global Privacy Laws
• Proficient with one or more of the following solutions: BeyondTrust Password Safe, Akeyless,, Saviynt or equivalent enterprise software.
• Excellent communication & documentation skills

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position ofAnalyst II - Information Security is between $87,000 and $100,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
