  • Plan and manage paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram aligned to achieving organizational objectives.
  • Make strategic recommendations based on insights and ongoing learnings that drive social engagement, impressions, or conversions.
  • Regional/Summer Experiences (10%)
  • Staff regional convention overnights throughout the year.
  • Attend summer camp (but this time you're in charge!) as you lead teen leadership programs (2-3 weeks during the summer)

Requirements

  • Excellent creative writing skills and the ability to fine tune messaging and communicate appropriately with various audiences (teens, parents, alumni, donors, etc.)
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ingenuity to solve problems, flexibility to change directions quickly, and ability to make connections between programmatic information and its social media application
  • The drive and initiative to excel in time management, project organization, scheduling/planning, and innovation
  • A general knowledge of Jewish culture and calendar
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights and weekends)
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship.
