We’re looking for a credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographer to provide diagnostic services to our physician partners. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Perform sonographic scans for multiple modalities: Echo and Vascular
Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history.
Create patient reports to assist the physician with documentation.
Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule-out cardiac/vascular anomalies.
Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery.
Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance.
Cover a variety of clinical settings, including outreach clinics, which may involve extended commute times.
Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs.
Other duties assigned by managers.

IS THIS YOU?

Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Adult Echocardiography (AE)
Registered Vascular Technologist Certification (RVT)
Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related specialty
Knowledgeable of applied physics related to ultrasound
Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
Able to communicate effectively with physicians, clients, and team members
Able to remain calm in emergencies or patient distress
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS?

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB or General specialty
Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study
