Keystone Dental Partners is a growing, family-owned practice, with six locations throughout the Milwaukee metro area, looking to add a full time Practice Manager to our West Allis Dental Care location.

Your Role:

As our Practice Manager, you'll be the conductor of our dental symphony, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Office Operations: Keeping the dental office humming with efficiency and organization. You'll be the maestro, orchestrating appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring our office is in tip-top shape.

- Team Support: Being a beacon of positivity for our dental team, helping them grow and succeed. Your friendly demeanor and can-do attitude will keep our staff motivated and excited.

- Patient Care: Making sure our patients have a seamless and delightful experience from start to finish. Your friendly presence and outstanding customer service skills will put even the most nervous patients at ease.

- Financial Wizardry: Managing the practice's financial aspects, from budgets to billing. You'll keep the practice's financial health in check, ensuring that we continue to thrive.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with a winning personality, great organizational skills, and a knack for teamwork. Dental office experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are even more important. Prior team management is a must.
