- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with food preparation, food purchasing, kitchen safety, sanitation, and menu preparation in a restaurant, health care facility, or institution.
- Read and follow instructions, recipe books, menus, and food labels correctly.
- SERV-SAFE Certified. Obtain/hold any local, state and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
- May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification.
