**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated clinical Unit Manager to join our healthcare team. The Unit Manager will oversee and coordinate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and promoting a positive working environment for nursing staff.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations

- Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans

- Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations as needed

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

- Demonstrate proficiency in aseptic techniques and wound care

- Provide family planning education and support as required

- Apply physiology knowledge to assess patient conditions and response to treatment

- Oversee nursing operations, ensuring quality care for residents

**Requirements:**

- Valid RN or LPN license with minimum of 3 years clinical experience

- Proven experience in nursing supervision or leadership role

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices

- Proficiency in medical record documentation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
