Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN MDS Director to oversee our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and clinical documentation improvement within a hospital setting.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with ICD-9 coding standards and managed care requirements
- Collaborate with ICU staff to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Utilize Epic software for efficient health information management
- Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals to deliver high-quality services

Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical documentation
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding and clinical documentation improvement practices
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Familiarity with managed care regulations and health information management systems
