Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
-Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
-Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
-Assist with reservations and room assignments
-Process payments and maintain guest accounts
-Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
-Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
-Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable

Experience:

-Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
-Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
-The Ability to work night audit shifts is a plus
-Proficiency in using hotel management software
-Bilingual skills are advantageous
-Familiarity with guest services and front desk responsibilities
