Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, performing receptionist duties, and maintaining phone etiquette. They will also be responsible for effectively communicating with guests and assisting with their needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
- Ability to handle reservations and assist guests
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
