Job Title: Night Auditor

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reports
- Verify and balance guest accounts, including room charges, taxes, and incidentals
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as front desk operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using hotel phone systems and other related software applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable for this position
