Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating issues when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
