STATUS: Part Time 40 Hours
SHIFT: Day/ Evening
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Summary:
With oversight from the Bayhealth Foundation Director of Development, this position coordinates various annual and one-time events including but not limited to Board meetings, educational, and charity events. Responsible for planning, organization and execution of all Foundation special events and related activities. Responsible for coordination of work as needed with Bayhealth Marketing and Communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Prepare event budgets and process invoices from events.
2. Develop post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event as well as event feedback.
3. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION AND CREDENTIAL:
- Education Associate Degree
Communications
4 years’ experience in Event Planning in lieu of degree. - Credential
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 2 years in event planning Preferred: 4 years experience in planning and execution of fundraising/ special events for a non-profit or healthcare organization.
