We're seeking a dynamic Global Analytics & BI Manager to lead our business intelligence delivery program. This role is crucial in managing design, delivery, and maintenance to support our global reporting initiatives. Your Impact:
- Oversee the BI delivery program, focusing on global reporting.
- Lead project management tasks and support Business Analysts.
- Enhance reporting systems for better decision-making.
- Offer timely assistance to regional users.
- Gather requirements and collaborate on developing BI solutions.
- Improve processes and manage resources for optimal customer service.
- Conduct process reviews using operational metrics.
- Foster strong partnerships for better process integration.
- Lead and mentor the development team, emphasizing customer needs.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or related required.
- 10 years of relevant experience; 3 years in supervisory roles required.
- Expert in data warehousing and Agile methodologies including responsibilities as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
- Demonstrated success in delivering analytics solutions.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and documenting requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain operations.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
