Position Title: HRIS Leader (Workday)

Compensation: Up to $180,000 (Max Salary), Target Salary $145,000

Preferred Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Schedule) or Remote with Occasional Travel (2-4 times per year)

Job Description:

As the HRIS Leader, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction, implementation, and enhancement of HRIS solutions, particularly Workday, across our organization. This role necessitates adept collaboration and exceptional communication skills to engage with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with our organizational objectives. You will cultivate strong relationships with HR leaders, gaining insight into business needs, identifying areas for enhancement, and spearheading the adoption of HRIS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with various HRIS platforms, including Workday, Paradox, and Varisant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 8 years dedicated to Workday HRIS.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and successful execution of HR technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with executives and forge robust partnerships with HR leadership.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paradox, and Varisant.
