Summary:

The HR Operations Team Lead works as day to day leadership of the AskHR Team. The Lead will manage the coordinators in daily activity, monitor workload, and review daily/weekly KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the AskHR case management tool.
• Daily review of case management dashboard.
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member escalation, and oversees team member work for quality and compliance.
• Reviews basic case analytics to provide feedback to HRIS/BTHR for system enhancements
• Provides guidance on reopened and hard to resolve cases.
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with end users and effectively handling escalated issues.
• Administers team calendar
• Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complies with all applicable Sysco standards and policies
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 Years’ experience in an HR support group; with 1-2 years in a lead role. Demonstrates customer service orientation.
• Experience working in a Shared Services Environment
• Workday Experience
• Experience Managing direct reports
• Skilled in planning HR department daily/weekly workload to support HR business priorities.
• Experience leading a team of hourly HR experts; including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent
• Ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures.
• Ability to pay close attention to details, use time effectively and adhere to established service-level agreements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary, proper grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including, but not limited to formulas, conditional formatting, macro administration)
• Experience with case management tools, including telephony system.

Education and / or Experience:

• 5 years in a HR Support function; with 1-2 years in a lead role; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Professional Skills:

• Advanced computer proficiency and experience with Workday, Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); Salesforce Case Management; Talk Desk call center telephony system
