POSITION SUMMARY-

This role will assist in managing projects and providing creative/design support to the Channel brand team, field teams, Seed Professional dealers, and other supporting departments.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media graphic and imagery Design

a. Assist the Marcomm Manager and Marketing Content Specialist with social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and X.

b. This includes both static images and GIFs.

2. Marketing Collateral Design and Project Management

a. Work with brand team members to update and create marketing collateral brochures and supporting resources (playbooks, slide presentations, etc.)

b. Project manage pieces to completion (this includes proper routing for legal and stakeholder approvals, checking against brand guidelines, etc.)

3. Tradeshow and Conference Designs

a. Assist Marcomm Manager and brand team with large scale print designs for annual trade shows and internal dealer conferences (ie. Pull up banners, backdrops, trade show walls, decals, pillar wraps, etc.)

4. Slideshow Presentation Design

a. Work with brand team/field team on elevating slideshow content for internal meetings, customer events and conferences.

5. Field Team Design Requests

a. Assist the team with creative requests from the field that are submitted through our marketing coordinator project email inbox. These could include but are not limited to: truck wrap design, billboard designs, signage designs, Swag and apparel designs, one pagers, social media graphics, etc.

6. Project Coordination

a. Assist MarComm manager and brand team on adhoc project coordination. This could be coordinating of send outs to the field, managing shipping lists, updating distribution lists, vendor management and requesting of estimates, etc.

b. Help with in-person/virtual meeting coordination. This could include building decks, helping coordinate presenters, coordinating events with the field team.

c. Assisting with building and sending out surveys.

d. Assisting with building and sending out emails to internal teams or customers through Marketo (as needed)

e. Assisting with video editing for long and short form video, social media clips, etc.

f. Assistance with Excel spreadsheet manipulation (de-duping lists, compiling team data, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirement(s):

Professional associate or bachelor?s degree in graphic design or related field

Skill & Competency Requirements:

? Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro) and other design programs

? Demonstrate initiative and understanding of the Marketing Communications process

? Graphic design portfolio is required.

? Ability to work efficiently with cross functional teams to complete time-sensitive requests.

? Candidate should demonstrate exceptional creativity and innovative thinking to address brand/business specific needs through design work

? Experience within or of the agriculture industry would be beneficial but NOT a requirement.

Preferences:

? Social Media design experience

? Design experience with other programs such as Canva, etc. is a plus.

? Marketo email experience

? Video editing experience

? Outgoing, detail-oriented individual looking to collaborate across the organization to elevate Bayer?s marketing presence internally and externally.

? Go getter: ability to proactively jump into projects and initiatives, with a desire to learn and ask questions

? Team player: strong ability to collaborate and work with a variety of key stakeholders is a must

? Exceptional communication skills, oral and written

Travel Requirements: (if applicable)

? Hybrid role. Full-time with part-time in-office expectations (3 days a week)

? Light travel for some tradeshows or venue site visits (local)
