Bayberry, Inc. manages two Intermediate Care Facilities licensed by the Department of Health Services. The House Manager is responsible to provide care and supervision to clients residing in the licensed Intermediate Care Facilities. The House Manager supervises Direct Support Professionals and House Assistants, and may also assume additional responsibilities to assist the Administrator. The House Manager is also responsible to perform the same duties as Direct Support Professionals to ensure the health and safety of each resident and that staffing requirements are met.
