This position works closely with the owners of the business to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the business. Work will take place at our commissary as well as on the food truck. A brief summary of the responsibilities are as follows:

• Prep cook and on-truck cooking
• Drive the food truck to and from events - training will be provided
• Take orders and work with customers on the food truck
• Operate the point of sale terminal on the food truck
• Train other cooks on all recipes and menu items
• Train other staff to take orders and work with customers
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Minimize waste by maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Manage cash change bag for truck events
• Set an example and lead others
• Maintain a positive atmosphere for employees and customers
• Problem solve unexpected issues

Must have a clean license to apply - no tickets or accidents for the last three years. Will be verified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
