Want to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Manager?

The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of innovative 360 marketing campaigns and programs that support product launches and brand messaging to build awareness, relevance, and desirability in the brand across multiple channels. This role will drive marketing strategies from ideation to activation, ensuring all campaigns are insightful, consumer-centric, and implemented perfectly. They will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and Sales.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Establish the strategy and execute the key go-to-market tactics to drive awareness and sell thru of key products.
  • Write compelling campaign briefs and lead cross-functional Marketing and Creative teams in development of sell-in assets, creative concepts, photo/video content, omnichannel activation plans, and creative assets that impact brand perception and product desirability.
  • Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumer affinities, bringing fresh, exciting marketing ideas to the forefront of our planning.
  • Partner with sales & brand management team members to strategically design plans that support key product & business needs.
  • Meet deadlines, leading internal teams, accurately budget/forecast, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring.
  • Proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendations. Balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements will be integral.
  • Manage agency partners from ideation through execution, including onboarding new agency partners as needed.
  • Develop and implement Retail Marketing programs and concepts that strengthen Cascade Maverik’s brand position, drive product sell-through and build stronger relationships and confidence in Cascade Maverik with multi leveled Wholesale partners/retailers in North America.
  • Manage relationships partnerships with the PLL (Premier Lacrosse League) and USA Lacrosse.
  • Directly manage the Channel Marketing Coordinator.
  • Responsible for planning, staffing, and general oversight of select event activations.
  • Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.

Qualifications:

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand, product and/or retail marketing, preferably in the sporting goods industry.
  • Understanding of marketing channel strategies and experience with integrating marketing plans across a variety of channels, including ecommerce, retail, wholesale, paid, social, influencer, PR, etc.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize tasks with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
