Worxweb Solutions is actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative on behalf of our prestigious client, a leading carrier in the moving industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers and make impactful sales in a competitive yet supportive environment.
Location: Oakland Park, FL (Approximate area, exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours: Monday to Thursday: 4 PM - 11 PM EST, Saturday: 2 PM - 10 PM, Sunday: 12 PM - 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through both inbound and outbound calls.
Manage and organize sales leads effectively.
Build and maintain rapport with customers to establish trust and loyalty.
Finalize contracts and close deals efficiently to drive sales performance.
Requirements:
Must be available to work during the specified hours.
Proven experience in phone sales.
Preferred experience in moving sales.
Compensation and Benefits:
Training pay ranges from $300 to $500, depending on experience.
Post-training compensation is based purely on commission:
$0 - $4,999: 15%
$5,000 - $7,499: 20%
$7,500 - $12,000: 25%
$12,000 and above: 30%
