Bastion (Big Bar) is Hiring a Barback Near Nashville, TN
Bastion (Big Bar): We are a neighborhood cocktail bar that serves nachos located in the Wedgewood Houston Neighborhood. We have a small dedicated team of hospitality professionals, we work as a team and take care of each other like family. We play records, we are attached to a tiny restaurant, and we have been open for 7 years.
Position: Bar Back
The Bastion bar back is responsible for assisting the bar staff in prepping for the night, setting up, service, cleaning, and most importantly, preparing Nachos to order.
Hours: Bastion is open 7 days a week at 5pm until 12am on the weekdays and 1am on the weekends. We schedule an opening bar back at 1pm and a closing bar back comes in at 5pm.
Pay: We need someone that can work 3-4 shifts a week (24-36 hours), weekends are a must! We start you at an hourly rate of $13/hr plus the bar backs split 15% of nightly bar tips. This means slow nights you might make $18/hr and busy nights you could see as much as $25/hr.
