WHO YOU ARE

You are passionate and enthusiastic about wine, spirits, and beer. That passion shows through when you discuss our cocktail menu. Multi-tasking is something that comes naturally to you, as does working under pressure. While you’re great in an environment chatting one-on-one with a customer, you thrive just as well with a packed bar area. Sophisticated and approachable, you take pride in a well-groomed appearance, and a work environment that allows for that. You likely have experience in a Forbes five star or Michelin Star environment. You have one to two years barbacking experience in a luxury environment.
