Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide Hands On support/Eye View to residents at all times
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility
- Assist in meals; washcloths, serving meals and bussing tables during mealtimes
- Monitor health, safety and well-being of the residents
- Document information pertaining to residents' functional status or condition in appropriate flow sheet binders
- Maintain an accurate record of resident meals intake, output and bathing record

-Do personal laundry for residents
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Attend/Participates in monthly team meetings as well as reads all pertinent resident information in staff communication log, daily progress notes and flow sheets

Must be 18 and able to pass a background check as well as a drug screening.

No allergies to cats or dogs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
