Job Description: Purpose: The Lead Generation Specialist works directly with Marketing and Sales leadership to execute on both demand and lead generation activities identified as critical to facilitating growth in key product lines and strategic initiatives. This role supports the Sales function through targeted nurture campaigns designed to advance known contacts through the Buyer’s Journey to Sales engagement, and to convert unknown prospects to qualified leads for Sales. This role will manage the division’s marketing automation platform (i.e., HubSpot) to fully leverage its capabilities and maximize its potential to develop, track, and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. This role will work with Marketing leadership to ensure HubSpot integration with CRM to identify trends to drive new demand. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborates with Marketing and Sales Leadership to translate strategic priorities and campaign concepts into technical execution to advance prospects through the buyers’ journey, grow our funnel of qualified leads, and facilitate increased quote and order activity. Executes digital marketing strategies (e.g., standalone email blasts, drip campaigns, and integrated nurture campaigns) to increase visibility and drive demand for key product brands and solutions. Works with the Marketing Content Specialist to help advance creation and utilization of content pertinent to targeted demand and lead generation campaigns to drive attachment. Partners to drive engagement with digital assets including web sites, landing pages, social media channels, and paid and organic search. Works with the Market Analyst to integrate key market/industry trends and competitive intelligence into demand/lead generation activities to establish credibility and reinforce trusted advisor positioning. Develops customer profiles/buyer personas to facilitate segmentation for marketing efforts based on key demographics including target markets, key accounts, buyer roles, etc. Uses HubSpot analytics to assess, measure, and quantify the efficacy of lead generation tactics. Uses these analytics to report actionable results and as the basis for continuous improvement, the development of prospecting targets, and opportunities for further sales enablement. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a marketing-related field Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing automation/lead generation, inside sales, or another customer support role (packaging or manufacturing experience, a plus) Minimum of three (3) years of experience with digital content/campaign development tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.), as well as lead generation in a B2B environment Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or a similar CRM tool Proven ability to manage/execute concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills Energetic, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Desirable Qualifications: Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with a passion for creative content development and the ability to effectively articulate customer value propositions and brand positioning Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience with video editing tools and techniques (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, etc.) a plus Experience with Sitefinity CMS or a similar CMS web tool Willingness to occasionally travel for tradeshows or other events; anticipated travel <10% Intellectual curiosity Company: PneumaticScaleAngelus # LI-KK2 At Barry-Wehmiller we recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
