Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within company guidelines
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records by entering information into the database
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Process customer orders,
- Customer collections
- Filing and other administrative duties as required.
- Position requires on-call rotation after probationary period
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers when necessary
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
