Duties & Responsibilities

Work under limited supervision to achieve course and educational deliverables.
• Deliver instruction and education following IFSI policies, as directed by the Program Manager.
• Organize the teaching environment to maximize the learning experience and provide a safe learning environment.
• Maintain class rosters of participants in the class.
• Oversee testing as required by IFSI policy, course requirements, and the Pro Board and/or IFSAC Standards.
• Ensure that all proper documentation is complete and delivered to administrative support staff on time.
• Provide authoritative, detailed professional and technical knowledge in matters encompassed by this position description.
• Develop props, scenarios, simulation, Performance evaluations, and activities to meet the course's learning objectives.
• Repair and maintain props, tools, and equipment needed to meet the course learning objectives.
• May be assigned the responsibility of the Instructor-in-charge, as needed.
• May be assigned the responsibility of curriculum development, as needed.

Other related duties based on the needs of the Program and the Institute.
• Adhere to and enforce the University of Illinois and IFSI policy, rules, and regulations.
