Barbosa Enterprises LLC is Hiring an Office Specialist Near Mooresville, NC

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist to join our team. The Office Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient workflow. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Provide customer service and support to clients

- Process order entries and invoices using computerized systems

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records

- Intimate knowledge of QuickBooks for financial transactions and record keeping IS A MUST

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in office administration is a plus

- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
