As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Girard Community you will be helping adults with intellectual disabilities gain independence. You will be there every step of the way in Girard day programs as our individuals acquire valuable new skills. Responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Girard Community include implementing goal plans, completing progress notes, assisting with personal care, preparing activity schedules, and interesting, growth-oriented community outings.
Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
