Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Bartenders at our high-volume bar. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

* Minimum 2-year experience required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe (if applicable).

Pay: $7.25 - $40.00 per hour
