Description

• Follow production sheets, / menus and preparing foods according to standardized recipes.
• Cooks are responsible for consulting with management on any menu changes.
• Responsible proper portioning of foods according to recipes, diets, production sheets, and state regulations.
• Communicates and works appropriately with Executive Chef / Food Production supervisor and other department personnel.
• Uses knowledge of personal safety on the job including the use of a cutting glove, also used knowledge of departmental food safety to include accurate temperature checks and infection control practices, follows hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

Preferred Requirements

2 3 years cooking experience preferred.
