Guided by our core values, the Assistant Property Manager will be the bridge between the Property Manager and the residents in order to realize our mission to deliver superior service. The successful candidate will be a warm, inviting face and voice of the property.
Every day we’ll rely on you to achieve financial objectives through rent collection and managing delinquency. Your sales and marketing savvy will generate new leases by conducting informative and personalized community tours. You will build deep customer loyalty by consistently establishing positive interactions with potential and current residents. You will work closely with the maintenance staff to ensure that the community’s interior and exterior are pristine.
To thrive in this role, you should be passionate about creating an inspiring, engaging, and vibrant community. You will work independently, using your organizational and customer service skills, along with previous property management experience, to create a homely community for future and current residents. You’re quick-thinking, responsible, and eager to grow with Banner as a leader in the industry.
The Company offers a competitive hourly range of $19.00 - $23.00, with commission eligibility, plus an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO, accident and critical illness, short- and long-term disability, paid parental leave, rent discount, and more.
