What You'll Be Doing
As a Teller at Bank Iowa you will be responsible for providing an exceptional client experience, both in person and on the phone in our Pella location.
You will be responsible for processing both business and individual banking transactions while managing a cash drawer, which includes balancing cash accurately and efficiently.
Tellers also maintain and develop a working knowledge of basic bank products and services; and support the sales and service efforts of the teller team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank team member.
This role opens new accounts, answers client questions, and performs research to identify solutions.
As a Teller at Bank Iowa you can expect to work 40 hours a week and must have availability to work on Saturdays. Our Pella location is open between the hours of 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Monday through Friday.
