SALARY: $18-$20 hour bonus eligible (depending on experience)
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience within a similar role of administration or planning, exclusively in a technical environment.
- A motivated self-starter who is disciplined, organized, and willing to learn and advance.
- Customer service experience, preferably with selling services such as warranties and maintenance.
- Strong personality with ability to find solutions under pressure.
- Enthusiastic and able to work autonomously.
- Strong administrative skills, highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask
- High Attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve basic service issues remotely.
- Ensure that all customer interactions and service requests are accurately documented in the ticketing system.
- Assign and escalate service tickets to appropriate service technicians or engineering based on complexity and urgency.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both customers and internal teams throughout the service process.
- Continuously update and improve knowledge base resources to facilitate effective troubleshooting and resolution.
- Assist in forecasting, planning and scheduling support technicians’ activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Proactively identify customers to sell services and obtain customers’ PO to schedule works.
- Liaise with production and engineering to align resource availability for new machine commissioning, and upgrade projects.
