RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keeping all IT systems (software, hardware, etc.) always working, by selecting the best providers to keep systems running 24/7
• Determining the maintenance and growth needs of the network
• Working closely with Operations Management Team to determine priorities and ensure the correct functioning of the restaurant’s equipment and systems.
• Creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the restaurants open and the company functional in the event of a crisis.
• Maintaining up to date all systems and software programs.
• Contacting with vendors to obtain quotations needed.
• Following companies’ procedures during negotiations with suppliers to get the best conditions and ensure quality work from third party companies.
• Assisting users with technical support and troubleshooting computer problems
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing/upgrading systems items (software & hardware)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Comprehensive understanding of network architecture
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to details
• Good organization, time management, and prioritization skills required.
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• 2 years of experience in IT support.
• QSR or Retail experience a big plus.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
