POSITION: TECHNICAL LEAD (#030708E)
LOCATION: BOSTON , MA

Will partner with BambooRose customer’s IT organizations and BambooRose professional services to design and implement integrations, business rules and other technical solutions. Design integration specifications, develop data strategy and high level data architecture documentation. Lead integration design sessions for customers, demonstrating the integration capabilities of the Marketplace and Engine platforms. Work closely with customer and implementation team members in the definition and execution of test scripts. Provide advice to customers regarding best practices, technical implementation and deployment methodologies. Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to Customer’s implementation partner project manager and internally to Director. Prepare process, installation, operating procedure and user/trainer training documentation. Conduct design architecture reviews, gap analysis and assessment when required. Participate in the Sales process (new and existing customers), providing Technical Architect support in the sales, scoping and SOW process. Track and maintain required billability % and proactively address issues with reporting manager. Prepare and deliver presentations for executive, management and user level
audiences. Ensure knowledge transfer with key project team and customer team members Interface with all levels of the organization to make recommendations which will assist teams so that projects will be delivered within BambooRose’s Solution point of view. Will influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to questions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely
related field along with five years of experience Leading Technical Activities From Design To
Delivery
