As Manager, HR Accounts, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR Accounts team. Working with your team of HR Managers, you will coach and advise them on best practices to deliver excellent Account Management with the goal of driving client usage, retention, and continued customer satisfaction. You are highly strategic and use data to continually monitor the performance of the team. You will also work closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and bugs.


Responsibilities include
  • Developing, tracking, and holding HR Account Team’s accountable to increased customer satisfaction, including but not limited to the following KPIs: SLAs, CSAT and NPS scores against business objectives and goals 
  • Developing new KPIs and metrics to assess customer service and satisfaction
  • QA of HR Account Team’s engagements to ensure consistent branding and communication to clients
  • Assessing HR Account team service statistics and preparing detailed reporting around HR Account Team’s progress
  • Providing proactive coaching and feedback based on KPIs and QA of HR Account teamTranslating business and product direction into operational strategy for the HR Accounts team and ensure business targets are achieved
  • Monitoring client feedback and share with Product and Engineering teams
  • Making sure that the team is organized correctly to meet the changing demands of the business
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the client-facing HR department including oversight of HR managers and the broader team
  • Working closely with the Recruiter to make sure that staffing levels are appropriate to support our current client base
  • Working with the Learning and Development Manager to develop and deploy various training programs including Bambee Academy and ongoing initiatives for the HR Accounts Team
  • Building Bambee’s capabilities and expand human resource knowledge and experience by leading professional development, training, and mentoring opportunities

  • 3 years leading customer facing teamsKnowledge of and ability to apply excellent client service and consultative practices
  • Ability to drive teams towards goals and business objectives with respect to customer service/satisfaction KPIs and metrics
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply HR best practicesAbility to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, and efficient delivery of services
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills5 - 8 years of deep generalist knowledge in an HR role with at least 2 year experience managing a team
  • Experience developing and delivering training to a variety of audiencesSHRM-CP/SCP and/or SPHR/PHR Certification are a plus
  • Computer Skills: Ability to operate a personal computer to accomplish work and leverage technology to gain efficiencies required.
  • Must be familiar and proficient with basic desktop applications including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
