Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
- Utilize software and tools to manage and track leads and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred
- Proficient in using software applications for lead management and customer relationship management
- Previous experience in outside sales or automotive sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
