Baltimore Country Club is actively recruiting for an eager candidate looking to start their career in the Event and Hospitality industry! The Events Coordinator will assist the Director in the planning, organizing, and execution of member and Club events which include holidays, sport leagues and tournaments, cooking classes and wine dinners, children's events, and other themed social events created by the department. Responsibilities include maintaining Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), receiving and answering phone calls, managing outside vendors, and working with internal departments including culinary, F&B, and marketing and communications. The Events Coordinator will help in event preparation including, but not limited to, assistance in the setup of the event space, preparation of activities and decorations, and overseeing events. This is a fun and exciting role that relies heavily on both logistics and creativity.
