The Role and The Team

Bally's Interactive is seeking a Product Operations Executive to lead and drive our rapidly growing iGaming Product portfolio across multiple brands and geographies, ensuring we deliver the best content to our players. This Product Operations Executive will serve as a subject matter expert for iGaming products, executing the product roadmap to North American markets across multiple brands. The role requires keen attention to details with organizational skills, strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrated success in cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Exhibit sound product judgment, contribute to the product strategy, and lead implementation of that strategy as it aligns to organizational and business objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the iGaming experience for our players to increase gaming related KPIs; manage short and long-term planning on how to achieve desired results.
• Champion the creation of Product focused Marketing activities with Digital Marketing and Retention teams to ensure that the Commercial objectives and performance of the business are optimized across the portfolio of brands and markets
• Strong emphasis on delivering the best content to our players requiring the development of strong relationships with external suppliers, internal Business Development teams and Games release teams to ensure we are giving our players the best possible gaming experience across our sites
• Support the development of new processes to be adopted to increase efficiency of operations
• Develop and maintain excellent awareness of competitor activity and regulatory constraints within the marketplace to inform the business and guide and shape the product roadmap.
• Develop and nurture open channels with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure features and requests are collected, prioritized, and communicated.
• Assist in managing the games portfolio lifecycle from strategic planning to launch and post-launch optimization for multiple providers.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years' experience in online casino operations and marketing, or social gaming
• Experience working in a regulated, iGaming environment is a strong advantage
• Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Experience managing product life cycle
• Understanding of e-commerce and software development and ability to communicate complex ideas vendors and external stakeholders
