Salary Range: License and experience based $50-$56/hour
Hiring Bonus: $10,000 Full Time

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN Supervisor), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:

  • Manage the unit for the resident care
  • Ensure unit staff are assigned tasks, completing them as indicated, and oversee care on the unit.
  • May complete initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, physician orders
  • Writing, initiating and revising plan of care, as needed.
  • Assist with teaching and training unit staff in quality-of-care initiatives and compliance with policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
  • Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:

  • RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality-of-care standards for residents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
