• Open availability 4-5 days a week including weekends
• Organizational and multitasking skills are a must

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Maintaining policies and procedures in all aspects of the business
• Performing the functions of team members when necessary
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of our facility
• Enforce/ensure ALL safety roles and waiver policy
• Other management duties as assigned
• Ability to do manual labor
• Ability to perform court inspections and maintenance
• Ability to enforce rules and regulations
• Physical agility and strength required
• Ability to coach and train staff
• Ability to handle and resolve problems in a positive manner
