As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Conduct inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels
- Assist with buying decisions based on market trends and customer demand
- Interview and hire new employees
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle payroll processing and scheduling of staff

Skills:
- Strong retail math skills for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing payroll
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Experience in wireless sales is highly desirable
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and ability to manage stock levels effectively
- Familiarity with store management software systems
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications
- Proficiency in basic math for inventory calculations and financial analysis

Pay: $19.23 - $23.16 per hour
