About Us:
We are a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality construction projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing multiple projects and driving them to success.
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts, scopes, schedules, and budgets during preconstruction phase
- Facilitate trade walkthroughs prior to finalizing contracts
- Prepare job sites for construction and manage subcontractors
- Conduct material takeoffs, order materials, and manage invoices
- Budget management and creation of change orders
- Daily management of project schedules and coordination of county inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Manage client relationships through regular meetings and communication
- Oversee project close-out procedures, including punch lists and final walkthroughs
- Perform on-site work when necessary
- Provide weekly project status reports to company owner
- Participate in post-project review meetings and analysis
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and project management software
- Valid driver's license
- 3 - 5 years of construction management experience
- Ability to pass background and drug screening tests
