**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial report interpretation, and general ledger reconciliation. Experience with Private Equity and knowledge of PeopleSoft are highly desirable for this role. **Responsibilities:** - Perform double entry bookkeeping for property-related transactions - Reconcile general ledger accounts related to property assets and liabilities - Interpret financial reports to assess property performance and financial health - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for property portfolios - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate accounting of property expenses and revenues **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar accounting software - Ability to interpret financial reports accurately - Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes - Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Law is a plus
